WEBSITE SECTION 2 — CLIENT OVERVIEW

About F&C Properties

F&C Properties operates in Dubai and across the wider UAE market, helping buyers, investors and renters find residential and investment properties. The team came to Maneuvrez looking for a way to turn organic search into a steady source of qualified leads, rather than relying on paid channels alone.

The goal of the engagement was simple. Fix the technical gaps holding the site back, build content around what real buyers are searching for, and grow the site's authority through genuine backlinks rather than shortcuts.

WEBSITE SECTION 3 — THE CHALLENGE

Where the Website Stood Before

Before this engagement began, the F&C Properties website carried a number of issues that were quietly limiting its performance in search.

  • Several pages were missing H2 tags, which made it harder for Google to understand the structure and topic of each page.
  • Many page titles were duplicated across different listings, confusing Google about which page deserved to rank for a given search.
  • A number of titles were under 30 characters and missed the keywords buyers were actually typing into Google.
  • Several pages had titles that matched the H1 word for word, giving Google one repeated signal instead of two distinct ones.
  • Alt text on many images ran well past 100 characters, which diluted their value instead of strengthening it.

On top of these technical issues, there was no content strategy built around the real estate searches that matter in the UAE market, and backlink activity was minimal. Domain authority sat at a level that made it difficult to compete with more established property sites in the region.

WEBSITE SECTION 4 — THE STRATEGY

What We Did in Month One

We built the first month of work around three pillars: fixing the technical foundation, publishing content around real buyer intent, and earning backlinks the right way.

Technical Foundation

We ran a complete site audit and resolved every critical on page issue we found. Missing H2 tags were added across service and listing pages so Google could read the structure of each page properly. Duplicate titles were rewritten so every page sent a clear, unique signal. Short titles were expanded and rebuilt around real target keywords, and any title that matched its H1 word for word was separated so Google received two distinct signals instead of one repeated one. Alt text over 100 characters was trimmed and rewritten so it stayed useful and clean.

Content Built Around Real Buyers

Before writing a single article, we mapped out what buyers, investors and renters in the UAE are actually searching for. From there we published three blogs in the first month, covering off plan versus ready properties in Dubai, the top areas to invest in UAE real estate in 2026, and a first time buyer guide for the UAE market. Each piece was built around a real search query rather than a guess, so the traffic it brings in is already warm and relevant to the business.

Backlinks Built the Right Way

Rather than chase quick link building shortcuts that put a site at risk, we focused on the kind of authority Google actually rewards over time. Business directory listings were completed to strengthen local citation signals, and profile links were placed on relevant platforms within the real estate space. Guest post outreach began in month one and is continuing into month two, working toward genuine editorial backlinks rather than paid placements.

Clicks grew from 2,170 to 2,470 in a single month, and impressions reached 365,000. The shift in average position is not a step backward. It reflects the site now ranking for a wider set of keywords as new pages and content entered the index, several of which are still climbing toward stronger positions.

The Three Month Plan

Month 1Full audit completed, all critical fixes resolved3 blogs published, keyword map completedDirectory listings and profile links built
Month 2Schema markup, internal linking, page speed work3 more blogs plus 1 location pageGuest post outreach, additional citations
Month 3Meta refresh on top pages, Core Web Vitals work1 area investment guide publishedGuest posts go live, link quality review

WEBSITE SECTION 7 — WHAT THIS MEANS GOING FORWARD

Looking Ahead

Month one delivered a 13.8% increase in clicks. From month three onward, growth should become steadier as published content begins to rank on its own merit, and the period from month six to twelve is where a wide base of real estate keyword rankings tends to take shape.

On the lead side, more rankings mean more visibility for people actively searching for property in the UAE. CTR currently sits at 0.7% and should continue improving as titles and meta descriptions are refined further, and content built around buyer and investor intent is already bringing in warmer, more qualified traffic.

Domain authority will grow steadily as quality backlinks accumulate over the next six to twelve months. Every guest post and directory listing adds a trust signal that compounds over time, and a higher domain authority lifts every page on the site, not just the ones being directly optimised.
